How to make yourself a facial
Ever tried to make yourself a beauty? Effective beauty usually starts with facial cleansing. Fumigation and massage of the face can promote facial blood circulation and make your skin glow. Then choose a mask that suits your skin, supplemented with toner and moisturizer, the skin will be reborn, shiny, and beautiful.
Part 1
Face cleansing and exfoliation
1=
Tie your hair all up and don't cover your face.
Fix your hair with a hairband or hair clip to expose the entire forehead. Don't let it hang down to cover the face so that you can better perform the next steps.
2=
Clean the face with a mild cleanser.
The first step to beauty is to cleanse your face with your favorite cleanser. Wash your face with warm water (do not use hot or cold water, as extreme temperatures like hot or cold can irritate your facial skin), then pat dry with a towel.
* Make sure you remove makeup thoroughly before following the beauty steps.
* You can also try an upgraded version and clean your face with vegetable oil. First apply coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil or jojoba oil to the face, moisten the towel with warm water, wipe it off with a towel, rinse it, and pat it dry.
3=
Homemade facial scrub.
You can buy them in the mall or use home ingredients. Good scrubs are usually sugary, which “grinds” dead skin without damaging deep skin. You can try these recipes:
* 1 tablespoon each of sugar, honey and lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon each of almond flour, honey and aloe
* 1 tablespoon each of oat flour, honey, and milk
4=
Gently wash away the horny face.
Gently circle the face with the scrub that has been applied, and apply it evenly, from the T-zone of the face to the nose to the cheeks and chin. Be careful not to press hard, the scrub will naturally do the work for you, taking away the dead skin.
5=
Rinse off the scrub on your face.
After rinsing with warm water, you can see the tender, shiny skin. Gently pat your face dry with a towel and prepare for the next step.
6=
Exfoliate with a dry brush or other tools.
If you don't wanted to use a scrub, there are other ways to exfoliate. You can choose to use a dry brush, an exfoliating washcloth, or an exfoliating acid, such as glycolic acid. Either method is possible, but don't use the two together. Exfoliating too much will damage the skin.
If you want to use a brush, you have to buy a soft facial hairbrush instead of a body brush. Keep your face dry when brushing, and brush in circles.
If you use glycolic acid, wait five minutes after applying it to your face before rinsing.
Part2
Apply a mask and apply moisturizer
1=
Apply mask.
After fumigating the face, while the face is still wet and the pores are open, you can apply a mask to remove dirt on the face. To choose the right mask based on your skin type, you can buy it in the store or try the following formulas:
* For oily skin or acne muscle, mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of soap.
* For dry skin, mix one tablespoon of olive oil and honey and add smashed avocado or banana.
* For combination skin, use a tablespoon of honey and yogurt, plus smashed avocado or banana.
2=
The mask is applied for about fifteen minutes.
During this period, the ingredients in the mask will provide nutrition to your skin. After removing the mask, your skin will be radiant. If you want to take a break while applying the mask, you can cut some cucumber slices, find a comfortable place to lie down and stick the cucumber slices to the eyelids. It can prevent the moisture of the mask from dripping into the eyes and moisturize the eyelids.
3=
Wash off the mask.
After fifteen minutes, rinse your face with warm water. The honey may be a little sticky, but make sure you rinse it off and then gently pat the water off your face with a soft towel.
4=
Apply moisturizer. The last step is to apply a moisturizing cream so that your skin will be long-lasting and beautiful after the beauty. Before putting on makeup, apply your favorite moisturizer evenly on your face so that your skin is fully absorbed.
Hint
* You can add mint or lemon to the water during fumigation to rejuvenate your skin and clean your sinuses.
* After removing the mask, you can pour cold water on your face, or you can immerse your face in a basin filled with cold water.
* For oily skin, try a mud mask.
* For dry skin, use a gel mask or cream.
* It is best to do facial cleansing once a week.
Caveat
* Facial grooming cannot be done every day, once a week is enough. Remember, this is beauty, not daily cleaning.
* Don't soak your head in hot water, just clean your face at a certain distance.

* Hairpins or hair loops
* Gentle facial cleanser
* Sink or basin
* towel
* Steamy hot water
* Scrub
* Mask for your skin type
