1 / Your face you will hydrate.


The cold and wind irritate and dry even the least sensitive and oily skin. We, therefore, think of opting for a moisturizing treatment that is more nourishing than that used during the summer, or else we supplement it with a moisturizing serum applied just before. We also resume the good habit of making a hydrating or plumping mask and a gentle exfoliation at least once a week. The lip balm stays in our bag and is used regularly.

2 / Your hands you will protect.

Our hands feel the cold attack almost as quickly as our faces. If this summer we have only very little hydrated, it is time to go back to a targeted treatment that is much more nourishing. There are also special hand scrubs that you can do from time to time, then complete with a "sauna" treatment with petroleum jelly (or another very rich cream) in a pair of gloves during a film, or the whole night. We also get a pocket-size hand cream, which we apply after each pass through the sink compartment, to keep your hands soft all day. You don't go out without a pair of gloves either.

3 / Your body you will not forget.


 If our body is well hidden under warm and cozy clothes, this is not a reason to neglect it during the winter, on the contrary. You swap your moisturizing milk for a richer balm. In the shower (not too hot, yes it's nice but it accelerates the dehydration of the skin), we use a nourishing shower gel. We space the skin scrubs that we used to do very regularly during the summer, it is not to cancel the effects of the new hydration ritual that we adopt from autumn…

4 / Your hair you will pamper.

  It is not only the skin that is undergoing climate change, but the hair is also sensitive to it. This is why it is important to use nourishing shampoos, conditioners, and masks as well as serums to protect yourself from the heat of the hairdryer or straightening iron. Utensils that it is important to use at a moderate temperature, so as not to make the hair dry and brittle. Nothing like a new cut to feel good and get rid of split ends ... We do not forget the hat or cap when thermometer flirts with zero!

5 / Your nails you will pamper.

 The nails, like the hair, dry out and become brittle with the cold. When you pass your hand cream, make sure you get it into the nail and cuticles by gently massaging the tip of each finger. This does not exempt us from using a targeted treatment for cuticles, as well as a fortifying treating varnish. We also find more and more "good for nails" varnishes containing less corrosive products, or enriched with repairing and protective active ingredients: if we have the choice for the same shade, we prefer these in priority. We do not forget to let our nails breathe at least once a week, if only for one night, without the slightest varnish (even treating).

6 / The earth of sun for the face you will forget.

 After the effort of the hydration routine, the comfort of having pretty skin to make up. We opt for a moisturizing foundation with a little sun protection or a BB cream, which we do not forget to powder to ensure good performance during the day. But we put away our earth of sun, out of the question to have an orange face and the rest all pale! We replace it with a pretty pink blush and/or a pearly highlighter to give a healthy glow to her whiter skin once the tan is gone. For the lips, we stop the coral and candy pink colors, to replace them with fuschia, red, burgundy or a real very flashy orange.

7 / A sporting activity you will resume.

8 / To drink a lot of water you will continue.


 It is not because the heat has passed that one should forget to drink a large quantity of water, inside and outside. 10 / With hot perfume you will sprinkle yourself.
 If there is any comfort in being in winter, it is good to be able to return to a more heady, more enveloping, more intense fragrance than in summer. We rush into a perfumery to discover the new fragrances or return to our old favorites. Feeling of comfort (and seduction) guaranteed!
